Orphanage information
This small orphanage is in the city of Zhangping in the southeastern part of Fujian Province. In 2003 there were 12 children living there. There have been only a few international adoptions from this orphanage, but quite a few domestic adoptions. The city is on a major rail line connecting with Xiamen and is a 6-7 hour train ride from Fuzhou.This city has a history of over 700 years in flower cultivation and is home to the second largest flower market in China. It is also the site of one of the major power plants in the province.

This address seems odd, but an adoptive parent reports that a package she mailed to the orphanage using this address did arrive there.
