Medical Assistance

Many orphanage children have special medical needs. FujianKids has helped orphanage children with medical needs by
  • Providing urgent or short term surgery such as cleft lip/palate repair, tumor removal, heart surgery, and other procedures.
  • Sponsoring long term medical treatment, such as reconstructive and plastic surgery for children with extensive scar tissue from severe burns.
  • Providing medical equipment such as hearing aids, walkers, and wheelchairs for children.
Love Without Boundaries is an orphan assistance organization that has helped many orphaned children in China who have medical needs. This organization has established a medical facility in Fuzhou intended to help children with medical needs from orphanages throughout Fujian Province. We encourage donors who would like to help provide orphanage children with medical care to visit the Love Without Boundaries website to learn more about their program. In the future FujianKids will provide medical assistance only in special situations, such as to older children whose needs may not be served by the LWB facility.
