FujianKidsFujianKids is a volunteer organization whose overriding goal is to help children in the orphanages in Fujian Province, China (see our Mission Statement). The organization was founded by Marsha Richins, a professor in the College of Business at the University of Missouri and the parent (with her husband) of a daughter adopted from Fujian Province. Marsha periodically visits Chinese orphanages (at her own expense) and has direct contact with in-China representatives to identify orphanage needs, to make sure that programs are implemented as planned, and ensure that contributions are used as specified. You can contact her at marsha@fujiankids.org.Partner OrganizationsIn working to meet a wide range of needs within orphanages, FujianKids has found it useful to work with several organizations that have specialized in-China expertise. Some of the organizations we partner with are Holt International, Love Without Boundaries, the Philip Hayden Foundation, and Angel Covers.AltrusaAltrusa is a nonprofit service organization that is the parent financial organization for FujianKids.
